We’re a family-owned roaster located in south Florida founded in 2011.

Our founder and master roaster Juan Calderon came to Miami in the 90s with the vision of opening a coffee roaster, bringing his family with him. Over the years, we’ve learned how to roast many types of coffees, create blends that satisfy our clientele, and source from all over the world. Our specialties include Colombian coffees, Micro-lots, and coffees for espresso drinks.

Sourcing
Offering a worldwide range of coffee types, we seek high quality coffee beans often grown in higher elevations with ideal climates to keep the freshness of the coffee that guarantees the taste, aromas, and the quality you expect.
Roasting
We are a truly artisanal coffee roaster that is specialized in sourcing wonderful coffees, roasting them to perfection. We always take into consideration the work that producers put toward the quality that brings a unique flavor profile to each batch we roast in our 1929’s Model: R6 Jabez Burns & Son’s Roaster.
Facilities
We have two roasters and several grinders, along with fractional pack and continuous band sealer. We keep our specialty coffees in house, and our commercial coffees in between our warehouse and with certified coffee storing warehouses in the US.

Our deep roots in the Colombia’s Zona Cafetera (the coffee growing zone) is our heritage, and we love it. Some of us grew up between the mountains and the cities, bringing into our company a rich background connected to the land and people of both urban and rural environments. Our family business, based out of South Florida, is dedicated to excellence in service and product. Good coffee and happy customers are our driving force every day.
